Hello,

I read over the Zero Tolerance Policy and I'm still unclear as to why my account has been suspended. I have not broken any of the rules and don't plan on it.

Also, please don't close my ticket before I have a chance to respond.

Thank you
Dave

You were suspended for file storage by having an uploader script. This is clearly against the TOS if you ever bothered to read it, but I'll quote it below since I'm feeling in a good mood today:
x10Hosting Terms of Service said:
* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

Thus, your account will remain permanently suspended.

The file that had been stored on your server is a 280kb file. I am using your host to create a dummy site so I can theme it before going live next month. I'm not using your site to host an actually file sharing website. I've set the script up on my current servers how-ever they don't work because I am running nginx and the script only works with apache.

Please consider un-suspending my account. In no way am I trying to rob your of bandwidth.

So you installed a script that allows file hosting on a host that explicitly disallows file hosting in their Terms of Service, got permanently suspended for it, and want the account back?

I'm confused here. You broke the TOS quite clearly and now you've been suspended for it. The script was present and installed, so yeah it got zero tolerance suspended.

I can understand that it was only for developing a template, but it still broke the rules to have it uploaded and installed.
