suspension reason code C3ABD0E3AF19

Hi Support,

My website got suspended with reason code C3ABD0E3AF19: no real website - index file not changed from default.
I've had the same index file for some time now, unless it was changed by someone else, it is my "maruram" web site, with links to my OS Commerce shop.
I changed the defail index file almost as soon as I joined up with X10 hosting.
Please let me know how this happened, and what i need to do to have it reversed

I will escalate this thread up as a ticket to staff so an account manager can unsuspend your site and check to see what your index page was at the time of your suspension.
