Hello,

File hosting is where you store files on your account that are not related to your site. It's against the Terms of Service, and results in a permanent suspension. If you'd like to appeal, just let us know in your next reply, and I'll ask our Abuse Compliance Officer to look into it.

Thanks.

Yws please to ask the Abuse Compliance Officer. The only files I'm thinking on is an online form where people put their CVs in PDF and DOC and uploaded them for evaluation to a job post. If this is the issue I can delete de older files ... Please send it to the Abuse Compliance Officer. Regards. Thnaks.

I fail to see the problem. The default index page for the site, which is the only one any normal visitor sees, is an index.php which does a 301 Permanently Moved Redirect to a site that has nothing to do with your x10hosting account.

This is in addition to the files contained in the candidatura/files which are likely the PDF and DOC files you're referring to. But did you juts say "online form where people put their CVs in PDF and DOC and uploaded them for evaluation to a job post?" Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site.

My guess? That's what tripped the File Hosting suspension. This isn't a suspension we can undo at this point - having an index.php that redirects everyone away from the site was likely the start of it, but having other users uploading PDF's and DOC's sure didn't help.

Through the client area yeah; I can't guarantee they'll be able to as file hosting's not allowed on Premium either ("While we strive to accommodate all types of sites our shared hosting may not be used for the following: File or Image Hosting Sites"), but that's up to the paid support folks.
