hello my site have been suspented.its problem is Copyright infringement-mp3 file hosting.i want to get back my site.please any one help me

Just a quick note to add to what DeadBattery said, at the moment with all the maintainence I've seen accounts on a zero tolerance suspension for longer than 14 days. We don't expedite the erasing process so while it normally is 10-14d, it might be longer.
