Your account is suspended for using too much CPU load. This is your first warning..

1st and 2nd warning can be unsuspend from account Panel. But 3rd and onward warnings require Account Manager.
So you have to create support ticket then..
Well for now Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on View Suspension Report on Right Sidebar. Unsuspend yourself there..

Yes i know that, but it said for quite a while status: unknow.
And now I had to send the request again.

Can I ask again If I can move my free account to a premium hosting plan?
Are there any limitations in premium hosting plans?
Like the CPU/RAM ones in free I mean.

Yes you can move your account to paid hosting...
just order paid hosting http://x10hosting.com/premium.php Then Go into your client area and ask staff to move your account from free to paid server..

No, there are no such Limitations on paid hosting

Unknown if theres an average wait time, but I have to correct Boss on this.

There are limitations on paid.

• May not use more than 50% of available CPU resources for more than 120 seconds at a time.
• May not use more than 50% of available CPU resources for more than 5 minutes out of a 60 minute period.
• May not use more than 820MB of memory combined between processes
• May not have more than 50 processes running at any given time.

Free is something like 25% cpu used for 60 seconds, 400mb ram, 20 processes. The limits are -much- higher and much harder to violate.

I suppose the only way to see if paid hosting works is to try it

FYI, my account is still suspended. After the second try to automatically unsuspend it.

That might be causing slowness in unsuspension..

This MySQL issue resulted in some free hosting account signups and pending actions in our free hosting account panel to not execute properly. Please resubmit these requests.
