OK, well one of my friends made a forum on my hosting account and when he got around 50 members, the x10hosting said it got suspended. when i looked for the reason it said: "You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3" so i clicked the unsuspend button and refreshed the page, next thing i know it said all 3 of them where used up. Does this mean i need to buy more bandwith and hosting?
