Suspension unsupported language

Hello,

Can I still pay in order to unspuspend it? I really didn´t know this but if it´s not possible I can translate everything and make an English website of it. Can it still be unsuspended some way? And could I get my files back if not?

You have two choices first choice is that you pay to get a premium account or a VPS, and the second choice is that you link a translated version of your website in your website, so that we may review it. If you agree to have a translated version up and running ASAP, we will unsuspend you.

Okay thanks. One question. If I choose to pay for a premium account, would my domain still exist? I have a .nl domain. How does that work? Which option should I choose?

yes, the DNS will stay the same. so you just need to add it to the new account in cPanel

After creation of the premium account, you can request your current free account to be transferred over, which means all data, settings and domains will be transferred over to the new account.

Only thing you need to do is make sure the domain is configured correctly. If you have our name servers already, there's nothing you need to change to get your domain working.

Thank you all very much! The cheapest paid account is 4,95 usd or so a month right? But ehm.. they ask me for my VPS name. Basically my question is, can I get this all fixed for 4,95usd a month or do I need to purchase more? O and one more question, could I get my files back at this point?

The cheapest plan is $4.95.

It shouldn't be asking you for a VPS name. Try using the link https://clients.x10hosting.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=35
It seems the field for entering your cPanel name is currently missing though. After you purchase submit a ticket on clients.x10hosting.com saying you want the account transferred.

I have also unsuspended your account.
