suspension

Hi,

A client tried to enter my site and said that it doesn't work,

I checked it and it says account suspended, and to check in cpanel or something, but I cant' get to it...

the site is:

Could this please be fixed? I didnt' do anuything bad or nothing... It's jsut a site with pictures of merchandise we got in our store...

It shows that the account is suspended for "inactivity".

You have to log into the Forum (not cPanel or Account Panel) once every 31 days (and stay for ~5mins so the system can register your visit). You do not have to post.

You can unsuspend yourself by logging into the Account Panel.
