Suspension

Hi,
I am suspended for reason code: A63529C6D672 (inactivity)
I requested to be unsuspended on 18th Jan 2010 and received a queue ID code: 5MX3LPZHMYJC
Today, 19th Jan I still receive a suspended page.
When will I be unsuspended ?
