Was uploading file and got message below after uploading about 5 files

Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. A criminally fraudulent phishing site attempting to deceive visitors through masquerading as a trustworthy entity was uploaded.

This is not true at all but i admit the site is non to friendly towards ebay.

You may note the site has the words 'SCAMS' all over it so it's hardly likly to be scamming people is it now.

Escalating up to staff for them to further review - when it comes to Phishing it's normally zero tolerance, but I can imagine the automatic suspension script -could- have made a mistake. If it didn't though, it'll remain permanently suspended.
