I have been trying to get my site off suspended, but the automated unsuspension doesn't seem to work

Hello,

I have unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
