Hi, my account is suspended. I admit that I uploaded a proxy script, but only for personal use. Is possible to revoke the suspension?

This is a zero tolerance violation of x10Hosting terms of service. Your account will remain suspended and then terminated after 14 days. You will not be allowed access to your files.
