As the mail said you can check the suspension reason in your account panel http://x10hosting.com/control

If the suspension is high resources then check the plugins you are using on your joomla site some might cause high resource usage and your account will be temporarly suspended and you have to login to account panel and unsuspend.
If the suspendion is inactivity then you have to login to forums atleast every 30 days to avoid inactivity suspension
