I uploaded a proxy not aware that they were against the rules. Could you please remove the folder proxy in my public_html root and unsuspend me? Thank you!

Had you actually read the terms of service which you agreed to when you signed up you would have been well aware that proxies are against the rules. This is a zero tolerance violation of x10Hosting terms of service so your account will remain permanently suspended.
