Unsure what the suspension was for, however to save time I will explain what was happening. Was running a homemade php script to assist be in a game called Mobsters. The script collected the details of the game and displayed it to me. Was running in firefox and accidentally had it reload every 1 second. This is the reason for the over usage, hope it helps
