I have been suspended for nulled software after i uploaded a vbulletin software i uploaded to the ftp server! I have been told that it was a nulled software and that it was not allowed but all i did was get it off the internet i had no idea that it was nulled all i wanted to do was make a free forum just like vbulliten!!

Well to make one like vbulletin's you have to actually buy their software, which is more than $100 if memory serves.

If you got their software without paying, then it is indeed nulled and is considered a major breach of US Copyright Infringement and Piracy laws, which is why we have no tolerance whatsoever for violators. A quick search turns up vbulletin's homepage that flat out tells you its not free. Every nulled version I've seen has the header intact that says "vbulletin is not free software." If you didn't do your research and got suspended, that's your fault as it's your responsiblity to make sure EVERYTHING you put on your site is legit. You cannot be unsuspended from this suspension.
