I'm french, why my hosting is suspended ?

Wasnt me, but I can see the problem. The error_log has multiple errors being thrown on the same second over and over and over and over and over - something got stuck in a loop SOMEWHERE and dragged the system down like an anchor.

As Livewire described before in quite a lot of depth, there is something on your site causing a major resource usage issue. You need to find it and correct it, or your account will be suspended again. Do you agree to fix it?

In that case, your account remains suspended.
You could upgrade to Prime, Illuminated or Premium, where the HRU limits are higher. Then you could have your account back.
