Suspension

I had earlier requested a support ticket with "i used sst-2.1-php to transfer files from x10 server to my server and i got suspended"

And staff member had replied if i would remove the file , i would be unsuspended.

But due to some work i didn't get time to check my request and it got closed.

So here i am asking for help once again.
