Fair enough, after doing some digging we'll make it worse for you.

Adult Material/Proxy - www/magtube/admin/haporn.php - Proxies a porn site, same with several other files in that folder.

So yeah, you're still not getting it back. We make it quite clear what's not allowed in our TOS and you've managed to break it two ways. First, the script you have in there was downloaded from a warez distribution site, and they tagged it as being warez. Second, it's Adult Material and Proxies, both of which are explicitly disallowed in the TOS.


Fair is giving you ample warning of what's not allowed. That's what the TOS you broke was, and that's why you're suspended.

Actually the site is under construction, and never had been online because the files are subject for configuration/deletion of non-important contents but you dis-allow me to do so through the use of cpanel when there is always login fail. that's it.

The login fails because you were permanently suspended for a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service as I have detailed above. Under a permanent suspension all access is revoked, since the material shouldn'tve been there to start with.

We warned you what would happen, and we told you what wasn't allowed. Guess what? The penalty was in there too. You cannot be unsuspended. Period.

Think about how we feel instead. We took all that effort to put together a very well formed TOS that made it clear what wouldn't be tolerated, even down to the punishment. And you still broke it.

Ticket closed; you're getting exactly what we said you would in the terms. You put adult material on the account, we applied a suspension, and you lost all access to it. Can't say we didn't warn you.
