Hi there! My account was suspended for inactivity, I still use my account and will be changing things shortly, This is the codes I was given:

your suspension reason code is A63529C6D672
your account's queue id code is: OZYCYDS0ZU21

Is there any way to prevent suspnsion and make sure my site is up at all times?

You have to log into the forums here every 30 days. Don't have to post, but a good rule of thumb is to at minimum browse to the news and announcements board - this lets you know if there is something you need to know, and lets the system quickly recognize that you have logged in.

To prevent inactivity, be sure to log into these forums here once every 31 days. Logins to the account and cPanel don't count. An alternative is to purchase the inactivity timer for a year.

You account is not suspended now and your site is running fine...
Follow the above instructions to avoid suspension..
