what am i doing to be suspended? all i do is try to work on my avactis store and u guys keep suspending me

You are getting suspended for high resource usage. Something is using too much RAM, CPU, too many concurrent processes, etc. If you want, I can ask a staff member find out what exactly is causing the suspension.
