Hey, I've been seeing errors like this in my error log for my site on Absolut every day lately trying to access files like index.php and /forums/account.php, all of which do not exist. Here's what I've been seeing:

[Mon Apr 28 20:47:20 2008] [error] [client 80.241.172.8] File does not exist: /home/seansite/public_html/index.php
[Mon Apr 28 20:09:49 2008] [error] [client 195.155.232.37] File does not exist: /home/seansite/public_html/index.php
[Mon Apr 28 20:07:15 2008] [error] [client 195.155.232.37] File does not exist: /home/seansite/public_html/index.php
[Mon Apr 28 20:06:15 2008] [error] [client 67.205.85.232] File does not exist: /home/seansite/public_html/index.php
[Mon Apr 28 20:04:50 2008] [error] [client 67.205.85.232] File does not exist: /home/seansite/public_html/index.php
[Mon Apr 28 19:53:36 2008] [error] [client 200.1.202.61] File does not exist: /home/seansite/public_html/forums/account.php
[Mon Apr 28 19:53:33 2008] [error] [client 200.1.202.61] File does not exist: /home/seansite/public_html/account.php
Should I be concerned about these file errors coming up from some servers in Turkey and the US/CA at all? I have my entire site backed up already.

It depends. Your website may have links to files not existing, or there's someone trying to find vulnerability on your scripts.
A simple way of blocking IP Addresses to access your website is by the .htaccess
There are many tutorials on Google, a quick search gave me this page for example: http://www.clockwatchers.com/htaccess_block.html

So if you think that IP Address is trying to do something bad, it would be better to block it.
