i have seen a couple of programs around, but idk if they work.. i will look some more for them..

but im guessing that u want to put some music on your mp3 player?? or burn some music to disk??? well anywayz windows media player can make a .wma to any sort of ending, like .mp3, when you are putting the music you want onto the mp3 dont drag the music onto the mp3 device that shows up on my computer, instead highlight the tracks u want and right click and add to a removable device, and go to windows media options and somewhere in the options you can choose what type of file u want it all to be. eh mp3/wma, and windows media player will make all the tracks the same.

i hope this helps, if it dosent i will make a detail description of what you need to do in pictures and screen shots :)

I've encountered this problem before.. I first converted my WMA's to WAV's in JetAudio then my WAV's to MP3's in MusicMatch.

ren *.wma *.mp3

Save as renamer.bat after you paste that in Notepad.... BATCH is fun.

Blaze Media Convert (Google it)

It converts any (almost) kind of file. It's a 15 day trial, but it's funny because it keeps working after that. It's a great program!
