Switching Free Hosting

If I switch to a new free hosting plan offered by x10 hosting (Ad free to ad enabled) would I lose anything, any stats on my site my database or my files; would I lose anything or can I switch account type without losing anything in my cpanel. Help please

You would need to back up your website. Ask that the account be terminated and create a new one with the plan you want. Then upload the site to your newly created account.

The databases would need to be imported using PHPmyAdmin.
