Hi.Sorry,if I waste your time,but i can't understand why my CMS doesn't work properly.
System Requirements for my site template with CMS :
Php 4+ / Php 5+ ( with gd 2.0 )
Mysql 3.23+
Apache with mod_rewrite
The site can work on any webserver supporting url rewrite, the only thing you need to do is to “translate”
./htaccess to something understandable by your server.
Are this requirements supported by host?

On the auther 's public forum I've got next answer:
1. is the frontend working fine ?
2. did you upload just the content of 3 - template with admin ( not 2-template with preview too )
3.after you click the login button you see the SAME screen without any error message
4. if 1,2,3 are ok i think you have a cookies problems and you need to contact the hosting support.
if you get a error message after you hit the login button ( invalid user / pass etc ) then its a problem with your user login info
We cant give refunds for this reason as this is a configuration issue
4. seems to be my case
