Its an interesting language spoken in the Philippines.

I have a question following similar lines as Chong's.
In the rules, it specifically states that sites may only be in one of several listed languages. My question, however, is: May I dedicate a portion of my site to another language? The rest of it will be in English, but I do want to host (teaching, example) material in another. Would I have to provide translations, or is this altogether unacceptable?

Only I recommend is English sir, but ask a admin if it's ok, Private Message may be the key here :)

Private Message who? ... The staff really doesn't like getting random, support related PMs unless they specifically ask for them. This cuts into assisting others and being able to share the problem and solution with other members.

Please don't suggest PMing staff. And I am a staff member as well as Geoff ( who asked a question in this thread ) - so I don't think they need to PM anyone, since two staff members responded to this thread.

We like the help, but be sure you are giving correct answers before you assist a member.

Not to sound rude - but that is you and that is "other" forums. Here, we don't.
I don't mind getting PMs, as I ask a lot of users to PM me ... but to go around and tell users to start PMing the admin and staff ... we'd start spending time answering PMs and less time answering support threads.

Wow, I'm pretty sure it's legal 4 a user to respond with a answer best of his knowledge.

Comon dood. chill

I never said it wasn't "legal" - I was just stating what the common practice is here. Thats all.
You jumped in with what was right concerning forums you operate. Anyway, we're getting off-topic.
If you wish to continue this, please PM me.

Anyways...

As long as the majority of your site is in English and we can clearly see what your site is about when we review it, it will be okay. If you made a section like we have here for Spanish that would be okay.

Note the word here, MAJORITY has to be in English, French, or Spanish. Otherwise you would need a translation.
