Taking too long

I have been receiving this message for about 10 hours when I try to log into cPanel :
The server at chopin.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.
It is directing to this address: https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

The Cpanel for chopin is working fine.So it should be working fine for you also.Did check you internet connection.
