actually, scratch that. I have upgraded and now cannot connect.

Wonderful world of oops.

Looks likely there will be a beta.23 out v.soon so I am rolling back for now. Will update later when I get 'the cigar'.

Turns out that the update worked fine and it was my error. I had changed the user it is executed under weeks ago and did not update my process for upgrade so the permissions were out of wack.

beta22 of teamspeak 3 is up and running.
