Tele14.elementfx.com still down

My website is still down
i get same error message from database that can't get connect
Website was online for only few hours saturday 10-04.
Please help me to get out of this situation. I don't even have an backup of my website

I see a database connection error. Try doing this:

Go to cPanel --> MySQL databases.

Drop the user from the database (but do not delete the user or database).

Reassign the user to the database and remember to give it full permissions.
