as this is a feedback section as well..
I come from a hosting wich is so crap I'll tell you people more about that later.

Heres what I want to know as I went straight here and didn't read anything. :nuts:

Who are the staff?

Are they nice people or sometimes intent to get aggressive?

Do you like the community boards?

Hows the hosting?

Had much downtime or sql problems?

Does the hosting have cpanel?

Does the community from here also intend to visit other sites hosting by this website?

Does your website get a good Google bot attention?

How much space, bandwidth and other feature are there?

What are the points for?

Are there more then 1 plans?

Post 4 host available aswell?

Who are the staff?
There are bunches. You will get to know them through the use of these forums.

Are they nice people or sometimes intent to get aggressive?
The staff at x10 are very friendly and helpful. They are also human. As humans we have bad days and good. But, they are very fair humans. As long as you follow the rules, you'll be alright.

Do you like the community boards?
Yes. However, if you decide you do not like them, you are not required to participate in the forum. To maintain your account, you only have to log-in to the forum once every two weeks. No posting or even reading is required, though their are advantages to doing so including promos and points. Both of which can lead to a free domain name or other benefits.

Hows the hosting?
The hosting is great. I've heard other members refer to downtime, but I've experienced none. If you have a problem, the staff will fix it. I've found the response time to be like in the 15 minute range.

Had much downtime or sql problems?
I've noticed none.

Does the hosting have cpanel?
Yes.

Does the community from here also intend to visit other sites hosting by this website?
There is no intent, but I can't say it doesn't happen. You shouldn't expect a large portion of your traffic to come from other members of this community.

Does your website get a good Google bot attention?
I am not sure. Another community or staff member may be better qualified to answer this question.

How much space, bandwidth and other feature are there?
Ad-Free is 300 MB storage, 10MB Bandwidth. There are also Ad-Enhanced and paid packages. This material is easily accessible from here. There are tons of other features, which are also listed there.

What are the points for?
Points are redeemable for domain names, cash, and other rewards. You can find information on this topic here. You can earn points by posting in the forums, referring friends to x10, or completing offers.

Are there more then 1 plans?
Yes, there are several. If you followed the first link, this question is answered. If not, follow the link for answers.

Post 4 host available aswell?
Their are packages that can be bought with points that you earn, but the free packages are more than enough for most websites. You do know the Ad-Free and Ad-Enhanced packages are free, right? I would think you do, but this question created enough doubt to add that if you didn't.

We are very nice people as long as you don't yell at us and remember that we don't get paid and that this is a free service.

It's a really nice community.

Hows the hosting?
Excellent. Uptime is not 1005 or 99.99%, but it's really good. When a server does go down it is usually just for a few minutes.

There is a little downtime here and there, but not much

Yes

Sometimes you can get visitors from here, but not a lot.

Does your website get a good Google bot attention?
Yes. We have a Google page rank of 3. If you search Google there will often be posts from x10hosting showing up.

Depends on what plan you choose

You can get a paypal payout, domain, and other stuff with them. You can also post in the marketplace and people will do stuff for you for credits. Or the other way around.

Yes

No. You just have to login to the forums once every 2 weeks.

yup, well I want to run a gfx site combind with C&C and needs the max space with out ads so I'm going to have to look further as I do intend to post allot but hate ads
