Hi,
My account was suspended because "high system usage." I think the problem is happening because when I try to view my files in the public html folder, the first time I try to open it, it says there are no files in there. I try again, still nothing. I try to open some other folders and usually I see files in them. I then go back to the html folder and it still says there is nothing in there. So, I close that window up and "put away" the volume icon on my desktop.
I then reopen it. Usually that fixes things and I can add files or do whatever I wanted to do. Today it didn't. I got WedDav File System Authorization sign in windows, that looped when I tried to cancel them having put in the incorrect ID or password.
Within minutes my account was suspended.
The problem seems to be my accessing the files on your servers. I tried your applet. It didn't work most of the time so the technique of my having made an alias of your server and double-clicking that seems to be the best approach. (I can also use your file manager but this, when it works, is faster.)
I hope we can work something out.
My info: Using Mac OSX 4.11.
Thank you.
John L
