My account got terminated before a few days due to inactive login to portal. Now i have login to portal but it not showing option to activate it.
User name: rjjrelgh

I dont know why this happened but instead of suspension, it got terminated after i got inactive login email.

Please help me restore my account.

I can see our system did suspend service and send you an email. I can also see it sent you an email stating you would be terminated if you did not access your account all before it was terminated.

That said I have provided a one time restore to this service. Please make sure you access your account within 24 hours to mark it as active again.
