Terminating account?

Lotus has been having so many problems that i've decided i want to terminate my account and get on a new server, how would i go about doing this? There's nowhere in my account panel that lets me do it.

Well unfortunately, it's not here.

Look for the Support link on the right hand side and submit a ticket for termination.
