Thank you for your great service. I had not logged into the forum in 2 weeks and my account was suspended. I am kinda new at this free hosting - use it for a hobby website I provide that few people really even know about or use. I use the end website but don't have a need to log in or change my database or website very often.
I was able to see quickly on my account panel how to request reinstatement (or unsuspension) and you guys had it done in less than 5 minutes! I will be sure to remember to log into the forum at least every 2 weeks now that I'm familiar with how it works.
You guys are awesome! I have a simple website, not much traffic, no emails but an SQL database. I can provide my service to those few friends who are interested with no ads and I don't have to pay! So glad you take the time to provide this service to all of us who are learning to expand our horizons!
I learned from my previous free host that this business is volatile. ONe day I looked up my website and it was gone! After about a week of "under maintenance" messages on the home page I found out it had been shut down due to illeged hosting of spammers, porn, who knows what else. So I am happy to find x10hosting with no ads and great service to those like me who are soaking all of this in and trying out our own websites. I will definitely consider x10 for paid hosting when I move to that. Thanks!
