Thanks for the excellent service. I intend to upgrade from a free account soon enough (hopefully). Although I understand that when I sign up for a paid account that I will have to move all my code to a new account. I would almost prefer to keep things where they are and just pay for it. Nonetheless, this is a great service and I will advise my colleagues and clients to this site.

When you upgrade to a premium account you do not have to move your files. We transfer your account for you.

That was very refreshing to read after all the recent negative posts lately.
I would personally help this guy move his site if I could, but I am very sure that the very able staff at x10 will take care of that in a most efficient manner.
Migrations and upgrades can cause problems for everybody, but we all win in the end.
