The Ads with Frames

Hello! My site uses IFRAMES, so you are always seeing the Navagation panels. All pages open in an IFRAME. Do I have to put an Advert in each page (Even the ones inside the IFRAME), or just the page pertaining the IFRAMES. The said page pertaining the IFRAMES Is always the one you see.
