A little challange on my new encryption online game show.

Challenge One.
I am aware that the image doesn't display it is encrypted. :kdubb:

Is it even a real image? Or is it some other format?

Its a real image in JPG format.

No one is going to get this. There are wayyy too many possibilies to attempt, and with it being a large image, it is especially hard.

Give us a hint or two. Please. ;-)

How is "x10Hosting" a major hint? I don't get it at all, and it looks like no one else does either.

I just can't see the picture. In Mozilla FireFox it appears the following message, clearly stating that it is an JPEG image (?): http://www.mohaa.x10hosting.com/fbi/PRIMARYT.JPG ; in IE6 it seems that the image doesn't exist.

Am i the only one with this problem?

Lol, open the image in either browser and go and view Page Source... you'll see how encrypted it is.

A key, for an encryption method? There are literaly 1000's+ of possibilities of ways to encrypt the contents of files. Hints like giving us the "key" doesn't help much.

That's the point of teh challenge. The image's "file" is encrypted, so if you try viewing the encrypted "version", you will get an error that the image is invalid and what not. The point is to decrypt it, and THEN view it to see what it is a picture of.
