I'm trying to establish an x10 hosting account. I cannot get beyond step 3 because I get this error: "forum account password incorrect". I have successfully enrolled in the forum twice under 2 different names, and can log out and in on both OK. Any suggestions on how to get past this point? I've tried both my forum password and the confirmation number. Thanks.
(I've tried to read all the related posts. One suggested that i limit my subdomain name to less than 8 characters {step 1}. That didn't help either.) I clearly have a forum account (I'm able to post).

Lets do it this way, send me a PM with your hosting account info, login name, password, email address, type (ad-free/enhanced) and also the domain name you want, i'll do it.

Thanks for the offer to help. I found the problem... I was using a very secure password for the forum account, which included many punctuation marks. Apparently the HOSTING sign up process could not verify my forum account with the punctuation marks. I changed my forum password to one without punctuation, and was able to sign up for a web hosting account. FYI.
