i just signed up about 30 minutes ago. my account name is "nap"

anyway i already read the similiar thread title w/ the same problem

and tried this link

and never got a confirmation :dunno:


also, where is the cpanel? the only login screen goes to /account "Step 1: Login to your cPanel and set the contact E-mail address to your current working E-mail." :eek4:

If you never confirmed your hosting account, it wasn't created.

When you go to the resend confirmation page and put the name in, what happens?

Also, check your SPAM\Bulk Email folders.
