The page cannot be displayed??

Why i can't open my control panel and can't see the output of my site?
Both display the same message!!!!!

The page cannot be displayed(IE)
Remote server not responding(Opera)

all other sites are running smoothly even x10 hosting home site but not mu CP and site!!!!

i am editing the index page so it is not available but u can see it by foll. code:

hacksafe.x10hosting.com/index12.html

but both these codes r not loaded on my pc plzz check and tell me why??

Also i checked my account details, i shows:

The servers are down because of some MySQL updates. So just be patient, as the servers should be back up shortly.
