The server at chopin.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond

I am unable to access my website or Log into CPanel.

What I've noticed is that this seems to be an ISP related problem.
While I'm able to access all other websites, whatever path is being used to access the X10 Hosting Server seems to be down.

If I switch to a different ISP I can suddenly access the website, proxy servers also allow me to access the site, it only appears to be down when I directly access it.

Fortunately this means that my users/visitors can still access the site as long as they're not using certain ISPs.

I was wondering if this warranted further investigation and if it's related to hosting/ISP services on X10 Hosting's side as well.

Hi,
Did you also verify if using different browsers made any difference?
