The server is down?

Erm, my website has been up for around a week now, no significant issues except a quarter of the time the server is down, is this because i chose the ad free hosting? io can also not login to my member are but i can log in to my Cpanel. Any suggestions or people with the same problems?

i think the ciroc ad free server is down but why is always this 1, will i have mroe luck with the ad enhanced?
