The Upgrade Page Appears to be Blank

When I visit the upgrade page located at:

https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade

I am greeted with a blank page. When I right click and view the source, there doesn't appear to be any code for the page either. I am using Google Chrome

x10hosting is currently changing (updating) their program (software) to upgrade free-hosting accounts
you can NOT upgrade your free-hosting account until x10hosting sets the 'new' software
