the website sudenly went down

hi everyone,

im a new user here and for the first day i was editing everything on the website and when i finished (the website was working fine) sudenly the website went down :dunno:

Network Error (tcp_error)

this is what it shows when i try to check the website.
cpanel & all other things are just fine.

please let me know how should i fix this problem.
