An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I signed up on may 1st and received the email with cpanel and account information but the account is now giving me an error and the subdomain never became active????

BTW: My forum name and account name are exactly the same.

Did you link your hosting account and your forum account?

I'm not sure what you mean by link but when I signed up it told me I needed an forum account so I signed up for the forums using the same nickname and then went back to the signup form after activating the forum account and continued with the signup.

I was emailed account information and signed in and looked around and then waited for the new subdomain to propagate. The subdomain never propagated and the account now has the error message.
