I'm having the worst time trying to get access to my account.

Im not sure what email was used and that was my fault... but since then I was able to get a update password email sent to my email.

I was hoping that was what I needed, but after changing it and then going to the login screen, I get the error page starting:

Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.

I have been actively working on the site, so I know its not inactivity.

the site is morgan-walsh.com

I can still get into my wp-admin and continue editing but I cant get into the domain tools.

Can an admin or whoever help me out here? Thank you-
Maybe Im still trying with the wrong email...?

Ha..lol..Yea I got that, but thanks.

My question might be more for an administrator to help me find out why my email login for x10 hosting results in an error profile not found

Hahaha. Just covering the basics. Have met a few, very new newbies so thought I'd just point out the obvious first. Sorry if you were offended.

That account exists and is in good standing (although the forum account you are posting from is not associated with it). It is possible you are attempting to log in with the wrong email address. The one associated with that account looks like m...@tru... (that should hopefully be enough details to jog your memory, I do not want to post the full email on a public forum for security reasons).

Once you are able to successfully log into it, you can change your linked forum account by doing the following if you wish to continue using this account:
1. Click the "Support" link
2. Click "Visit Forums"
3. Click "Link your existing community forums account."
4. Fill in your forum username and password

If you do not wish to change your linked forum account, please make future support requests from the account listed on the Visit Forums screen so that staff can more easily look up your account details.
