I am on the xo5.x10hosting server and have similar problems still.
I think its related to the migration from cpanel to direct admin.
i dont think they did x05 or x02 yet and they guess at about a week or so.
maybe less but not likely.

It would be normal for accounts yet to be transferred, I can see yours is now though so you should no longer have that error.

I'm getting the same. Guess I wasn't moved off of xo2 as of yet.

Hi, I just read the post about migration, since my website doesn't show up.
On my login page my "open cpanel" button says error... I'm just wondering if it's because it has yet to be transferred or there is something I'm doing wrong

few days later I still got the same issue, the cpanel button oin the account page says error.

I can't even access via ftp and website is down http://italianrecipe.x10host.com.
I also noticed that server is xo6, I was pretty sure I was on xo5 before.
Do you guys have any clue?
My big mistake is that I haven't done any backup
