Resolved This site can’t be reached

Over the past couple of weeks we have been unable to access our site. Whenever we go to jakyl.x10host.com (from multiple network connections) the message is (in Chrome):

This site can’t be reached
jakyl.x10host.com took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Please can you advise as to why this might be happening?

This usually happens if you are temporarily blocked by the server for multiple bad logins. Email, HTTP, DirectAdmin, etc. all count towards this limit. I don't see any log of you hitting this limit, but there's really only two reasons you would be timed out: the server is down, or you're blocked, and no one else reported the server down.

Please let me know if you are still experiencing any issues.
