Thumbnails... help !!!

Hello. I am putting up a website for my photography club.
I am using the Seditio engine, which includes a thumbnail generator that is very important for my needs.
The problem is that thumbnails seems not to be working on my x10 space: can anybody help me ? How can i make the thumbnail generator work ??

No errors, i only see the small white icon with the red cross, instead of each thumbnail. Anyway the link works, meaning that if i click on the icon, the page with the real image correctly opens.

In the administration panel it says: The GD graphical library is not supported by this host, Seditio won't be able to create thumbnails for the PFS images. You must go into the configuration panel, tab 'Personal File Space', and set Thumbnails generation = 'Disabled'.

Obviously i have disabled the thumbnails, but this way the site is horrible and unuseful...

Hmm, which server are you on, as cossacks seems to tell me GD is installed.

You're in Basic PHP Version (v1). Upgrade for Intermediate PHP Version (v2) from your Account Management Panel. Hope, this will solve your issue.

I am in STOLI server.
Is the upgrade to intermediate PHP free ? Do i have to load the DB from the beginning after this upgrade ?

Upgrade to intermediate is free, and I wouldnt expect you would need to reload the DB

Just apply for PHP Version upgrade. No need to reload DB or change any configurations from yourside.

More than 12 hours have passed since the approval of the upgrade, but still I am in basic php... could you please check ?
