Are service tickets for free accounts all set to "Low" priority?

My account exists after the move, but none of my files are there when I log into the cPanel.

I know, I know, "You get what you pay for" but I find this lack of response very discouraging. 2 weeks ago, we were contemplating moving to a paid account once the move was over, but those ideas are fading rapidly due to the lack of response.

Yes, I know there are lot of things going on from the move, but the status currently says "This has been completed, all services should be restored to normal working status."

But it is NOT for me!:mad:
